How do you recrute people in game/lobby/ect.?

kinda false information there...

1) Go to options and set it to windowed mode
-that way you can check for applications between games without closing crossfire

2) Only the people you accept will have to close cf and log back in
-this is so the clan change can take effect for their character

3) Make your 4 macros explain how to apply, for example:

Clan123 - now recruiting
Must have x.x kdr & speak english
Go to www,clan,z8games,com
Search for Clan123 and hit apply

That's the most effective way of recruiting if you're an unheard-of clan
Obviously the bigger the clan, the easier it is to recruit
And remember, pros won't go to clans with 3 members, unless you're pro
So set your sights low, and gradually build it up

your gonna get that a lot get used to it. happens to almost everyone.
Tips: go to "waiting" rooms and check the KD's of clanless players. Talk to ones that are around your KD. Ask them if they need a clan, tell them how to apply if they say yes, accept them fast. Get 2 LT's fast, 3 ppl recruiting is better than 1. PLAY A LOT! get your rank up quick in the beginning. looks better to people visiting page. make rules even if you dont follow them, makes u look organized. and the most important rule: Get a cool clan name. no one wants to join a clan like ACEMVPSPOP, lame and cheesy. something eye catching. clanless players will look at name and make decision, so catch their eye. you can get 15-20 people in 1 day into your clan doing this. the hard part is getting positive people, and active people who will play longer than a week and never get on again. If they met all the requirements I added them and had a random conversation with them to make sure they speak English and arent an immature 9 year old then ask em to join. this is the best way... although i check knife kills to see if they are obvious farmers xD
