No ZP.

Hello.
Before I used to complete free zp offers to get zp, and it worked most of the time and now it doesnt work at all ... i spent more than 6 hours in last 2 weeks completing them cos i want ribbon for ZP Surveys but no, i cant get any , i completed more than 100 different offer and fully like every single step, and still nothing
what do i do ?
