"Send error report?"

Please Help me! I have a big problem with CF:
Hangs when loading the game, no feedback signal, i have to close the game by taskmanager.
with repeated attempts to load the game, it crashes before I can log; a message appears: "Send error report?
OK-Cancel";
when i press OK i get the error message:
- [ Cannot open shader file - rez/shader/legacyshader.fxo - file not found ]
- but this file (legacyshader.fxo) is in folder "shader" in it with "playerviewmesh.fxo" and "shader.fx"
- I dont understand why this file can not be opened
- Reinstalling the game does not help.
