PING! what happened to the game omg ?!

i have a usual ping of 60-80 but after the last patch..
i have the same ping but in every around 10 sec or 15 sec it jumps to 800 or 1000 when it jumps the game stops for a second or two seconds lol
should i wait for the next patch?
or is it my connection.. i checked every single thing and even checked my routr and np porblems..
anyone have the same problem?
