Still have yet to receive my crates.

So the free crates from 7/10/12 have yet to be given to both myself and another friend. We logged on about a 1/2 hour before the event was over, and nothing yet.

What do I do?

They're giving automatically, are you sure you have login between 1-4 PM EST?
Where do you live? (Country)

I did get the crates but I didn't recieve the Leather Goggles and the 2k GP. I am absolutely sure that I logged in between 1 and 4pm EDT (that is 19:00 and 22:00 CEST).

I wrote a support ticket with proof of when I launched CrossFire (there's a message in the Windows 7 Event Log because Aero gets disabled). I recieved a generic answer that if I didn't recieve the items, I wasn't eligible.

Wrote another ticket yesterday, but no response until now.

E2Blatant: you had to log in between 1 and 4pm EDT, just being online wasn't enough.

dont feel bad

i still havent received prizes from june 2011. i make tickets ever 3 months or so just so support can tell me they are working on it and it will be taken care of.

Because. It's Support. It takes 3-8Business days to get a response and 1-2Years to get them to do something about it.

Lol, but isn't it Business years? I think that works out to about 2.7 normal years, not counting weekends.

Thanks. What are you trying to get out of this by creating a thread when your only help will be from Support?

Even if you get a GM to answer this you'll only get a similar answer.

I didn't create the thread, I only answered because I already wrote to the support and wanted to let others know what the current state is. (I still didn't get an answer, btw.)
And then I thought your question about the profile link was directed to me so you could look into it or whatever.

And to answer all the questions, I'm EST USA, which is the same as EDT, which is when the promo was supposed to be. I logged in at 3:30PM EDT, so I should have received the crates.
