support system sucks

stupid support system sucks been waiting 3 weeks so far for my account back given every info they wanted and yet they want more i can only reply once a day bc of timezones and when i reply back to them i gota wait till the next day for a reply back this stupid

    but you cant wait 3weeks for an answer...

    i ment ive been waiting almost 3 weeks to actualy get my acc back but they want more and more there gredddy

  • If you supply the right info the first time they probably will return your account by the next day.

    If you have the wrong format, missing info, or wrong info they will follow up on it by asking more questions and looking for new answers from you.

    It does take awhile for them to reply because of the amount of tickets they receive daily but if you have the info it shouldn't take very long.

    but ive given like everything they wanted and yet i havent got it back just anoys me thats all
    there needs to be a betetr way to prove like ip should be more to prove
