ts3 help

Hi, so are team recently got a sponsor (exempt) and we were forced to use ts3
and for some reason i started getting 15-20 fps in scrims. i usually get around 70 in scrim.
i tryed to fix some stuff, and now i get around 30 . does anyone know what eles can help me get my fps back to normal . thanks


edit: i also get random spikes like 40 fps then spike for like 1sec to 15, never happened before
