Wierd bug of Email recovery option (Support)

Hi today , to recover another account ive made a webform to recover it's email and the password

The reply of it was :
"Thank you for your information. Please provide us with a new email that is not associated with a z8games account. Once we reset your email you can use the "LOST ID/PW/SA" tool on the top of our website to retrieve your information. (You must be logged out)."

I Answered my email i would like to have for it...

They replyed... :
"What's the first password and email of this account?"

EDIT :

I answered my First email and Password , so will they change the email or i will loose my account 4ever?
...

Any MOD might help me?
