problem logging in

hi,i have about 9 months to play cf,when i open the game download the patch etc,everything goes fine untill i have to type my name and password.when i do that an error message pops out saying apllication error and some other weird things with numbers i cannot understand..i have to press ok and then i dc,any ideas?(reinstalling the game didnt work)

I cant see the picture. (404 error)

Can you try uploading again? Only this time upload with the 800 X 600 option, and copy/paste the link from Message Boards?
It will have the [noparse][img][/img][/noparse] bbcode tags at the ends of the link (beginning and end)

Since you PMed me not understanding the steps, I've taken up with using pictures to help get the point across.

I deleted the PM by accident.

But please keep it on the thread so others that may have the same problem can see the troubleshooting. Thank you!

Just remember to select the 800 X 600 option (that's Red 1)

Then copy the forum link (Red 2) and paste it here in a new post.
