Can't Buy ZP?

I just tried to buy 50k zp and i enter all of my information correctly (buying with debit card). After i hit continue it said my transaction was voided and i was not charged because of a security violation? and then i logged out, logged back in to try to buy zp again and now it wont let me go into the deposit screen..idk what to do
