Startup not responding white screen

when I open the crossfire launcher it just goes white, it doesn't load, once I waited for 5 hours and it still didn't load, and when it did load, the HCW thing doesn't respond it just says "Initializing" and it stays there, I tried everything, uninstalling and re-installing deleting all the files. still doesn't work, it's been like this since July, 4, 2012 and I haven't been able to play crossfire anymore :/

    same!!! for me its been since july 2nd. the game stops responding when it gets to the login page. and one time i was able to login and then when i pressed joing match same thing happened and freezed plz helpp!!
    im using bootcamp and running game via windows 7 on a mac. (i been playing on this computer for more than 1 year and no issues so im pretty sure its the games problem)
    i tried re installing and changing compatibility and stuff but doesn't work
