Rival Factions Ribbon

Just a short and simple guide on how to get your rival factions ribbon if you don't already have it.

To get it, simple apply to Global Risk or Black List <--- Click either one to go to the clan page to apply.
And you're done, simply wait 12-24 hours for the ribbon

If I join a faction and earn the ribbon then leave do I lose the ribbon as well?
