Haven't got my crates back.

Here's what it says on the website.

In addition to this we are resolving the problems with users who opened up crates with SWAT characters as well as users who experienced purchase problems in game and on the website.

There are 2 situations involved here, one is easy and the other is hard to explain.

The first situation is all players who purchased something other than crates during the lag and did not receive the item. To these players we will be giving them item back to them. (note this also includes web mall purchases)

The second situation involves people who purchased crates. It is best explained by going through the purchase process for crates.

Yesterday players were able to purchase crates, but by the time they went to open them they were seeing SWAT characters for the winnings. This was because the crate didn't exist the lag that was stressing the servers caused a problem between the purchase and the crate in the inventory.

When the player tried to open the crate they were opening fake crates, even though their points had been deducted and the game looked like it put crates in your inventory.

In this situation all crates for all players who experienced this will be returned.

For example: If you purchased 10 M37 Hellfire crates and you opened them all and received no items (but your points were deducted) you will receive 10 M37 Hellfire crates!

This means that everyone who purchased items who did not receive them will get their items back! Items will be delivered over the next 12 hours.

But so far, I haven't got my crates back yet.
