Crossfire stuck/lag/freeze or something like that

Hi all,I need your help.

I didnt play Crossfire for some one year.And tomorrow when i downloaded it,installed it i had problem.
I started crossfire and log into game.I joined to server but after when i wanted join to channel i got freeze.Only Connecting to channel,please wait.I couldnt do anything so i needed to close it by ctrl+alt+delete.I started it again,joined to server and went to blackmarket.But i couldnt to see any items here...I went to my invetory and clicked on repair weapon,but nothing happend.So I closed crossfire and started it again.Wanted to join to channel but same problem.Freeze.I dont know what is it..I tryed reinstall crossfire 10 times,delete all files from computer,clean pc with CC cleaner,deleting registry,turn off my Eset,firewall but nothing happend.I tryed to clean my DNS memory too by cmd ipconfig.Nothing...

    The problem isnt your ping if its freezes. Try to reinstall the game. If it doesnt work, send a support ticket.

    Reintalled 5x more but nothing.Support ticket sended too,but this is their answer. :

    HAHA :D i dont want to spam them,but i want to play and if they want players they need to solve their problem and no only writing some sh1ts for check forum :D I never write on forum without finding my problem before ))

    I have the exact same problem. im no expert but i think its a problem with the installer. my old computer plays it normal but since i installed it on a new computer its been freezing at most entry points (entering a server, channel, and room). also when you go to exit with the X in the top right hand corner, the message about how much experience and gp earned does not appear either. maybe this can help find a fix seeing as if it is a problem with the installer, the GMs would probably want to fix it quickly since a bad installer=no new players (and loss of many older players that decide to get new computers)

    Pretty sure i shouldn't be bumping such an old thread, but since my friend feels like getting back to CF but he's unable to, and it's because of this error, i didn't see a point on making a new thread. Could someone help us?

    Bump. Got the same problem, and i think its pretty common...
    Need help!
    This bug really irritates me, i don't even play CF anymore cause of it
    - Player names are bugged in Playerlist [TAB] which means when a new player joins after u joined the game, u only can see their RANK/PING, not their name/etc
    - Chat is bugged [can't see others people talking]
    - When finishing a game, u get back to the Roomlobby and the game just freezes [everyone is unready and u only get one option, to join the game], and whenever i try to move out of the lobby the game just crashes and gets stuck
