Xtrap error !!!

my problem is by my xtrap it's code field [010_0300_00000000_103] and i try to reinstall it and turn my anti virus off but is still not working *(sorry for my English)

  i think it's firewall becauser all my anti-virus is free so they not effect to xtrap
