Account problems

Hello! I have a problem. I haven't been playing CF for long time and I don't remember my log info now. But I don't want to carry on with my old acc. I want to play new one (I have already made one). But there's the problem: it won't let me to get in the game with my new account , because one account (old one) was already played on my notebook.
So I would like to know, how can I play that new acc.

Youre in a restricted region.

Accounts made before August 3rd 2011 in restricted regions are allowed to play this game.

Like he said,not on this version after that date if you are in a restricted area.

Yeah, crossfire had a recent update that blocks out some areas. You are currently in a restricted area, you can try to run CF EU. i heard that you can get extra game points if you use gamerage. i hope that would help you out.

i found a way to play Cross Fire(american),and i live in Croatia (mediteran)
