how to fix shakey mouse movements on laptop mouse

hey people everytime i play crossfire on my laptop my mouse it always lags! My fps are high but it lags how to fix that and yea i looked at "how to fix shakey/wobby mouse movements". But, the wierd this is when my laptop is plugged in and the battery is charging this doesn't happen my mouse is fine. Whats up with that?! i have a acer notebook.
