Which M4A1 Would you choose out of this list?

Spring. Why? Because it's the only M4 with the spray of the normal silenced M4s like Silver with the ability of the Patriot.

Silver/ Adv Spray > Patriot Spray

edit: it's just a better Patriot just without a scope..
