[GM]Kesy? or a scammer
hello guys, so i was in game and a guy said that GM kesy said that told him that i won, i know it's weird cuz i think kesy is a PH GM not in U.S. so i added that person who pretend to be a GM and he wanted my email, user name, and password, she said that i won galil arm, and m4 patriot and 30k zp ( ****ING WEIRD RIGHT )
so when i refused to gave her any info, she threatened me to ban me from the whole game, so i decided to let the public know so nobody would fall for it, and on the way i PMed [GM]saidin and sent a report ticket, to IP ban this guy/girl and here is my prove:

Actually they can be banned from facebook. Impersonating a company or official is against the tos of fb so report the facebook page to facebook not here. -

She? She may be a fat little ugly boy. And theres a typo-fail "i Banned you if you dont fill up that" correction : "I will ban you, if you are not going to fill your information up" [GM]'s never discuss about free ZP weapons through facebook, forums or anything. -

We have to rely a little bit on the community to help police themselves here. We can't just simply have 500 stickies on every front page news article on our site. We've had that posted forever.
We do not use Facebook and do not request or discuss account information via the official facebook channel.

It's actually a nice thing you did warning other players. But also, we would have to be... let's say.. very immature to fall for such a scam. As I previously said in many other threads on both CF and Metin:
Game Masters in ALL games have our account details already. They simply don't need to ask you the password, because they already have access to it (if they are real GMs of course). If Saidin would go looney and would want to have fun and steal our accounts, he would be able to do that within a few seconds. GMs simply don't have any interest in our accounts details as long as we don't break any rules and the terms and conditions. That's the main reason why real GMs NEVER ask for the player's account ID, because they already know such information. The only case in which a GM/Support staff will ask you such details is when you send a report claiming that you forgot some info or you want some of them to be changed because you no longer have access to them. This is when they require your password, and not because they don't have it, but to prevent scams from anyone who might impersonate you to take hold of your account. They ask you some of your account details just to make sure that you are the real account owner.
And another thing: impersonating other persons, organizations, state officials or businesses that are not yours is a violation of Facebook's terms of use, therefor FB will delete/close that account immediately.
