Setup Error

I have been trying to install CFNA lately and during the setup screen when all the files are being extracted, my setup stops at the REZ018.REZ file and says that the source file is corrupted. If I click ignore then it does the same to all the rez files after that such as REZ019, REZ020 etc. I have a Windows Vista computer that is completely up-to-date with all the files such as DirectX and .NETFramework etc.This is the first time I have had this problem installing Crossfire.

Something I tried was to use the last CF setup from before the patch and just have the patch reinstall but after I close out of CF and try to run it again, HGW gamewatcher loader stops at like 20% or 30% and says that the REZ018.rez file has been changed. I don't know what to do.
