Yet Another Survey Question

I completed the Blockbuster and Netflix survey as it is shown in the tool that I have, they are both crossed out and it shows that I have that zp but it is not showing up under my account or in-game. Any advice?

I sent a support ticket in but the support tickets are notoriously slow so that is why I posted here, please no flaming.
