GM Please Respond
Playing this game for 3 years+ now never cheating and spending numeral hundreds of dollars on this game, my account has been hacked when I went to recover they just respond with your account has been permanently banned. I don't know how this could be I have had honorable soldier all along and everything. They says the users that have been linked to the account are responsible for the actions this has put me into a deep depression for the past month. I have been attempting to recover every day resulting with the message, "Please refer to are prior response". I would love if a GM would pm me over the forums so I would not have to keep submitting tickets. I have been playing since I was upper months of 11 and am now a 15 year old teenager to know that something so awful could happen. This game was a part of my childhood a part of my life, now it is something that haunts me.

Spamming support with messages will just result in you being permanently ignored.
You are responsible for the account. You are responsible for losing it.
As the Terms of Use states; "It is not the responsibility of Z8Games to return lost accounts to any specific person or player."

1.1.4 - Account Responsibility.
You have to be careful with the account you made.
As for the perm ban status... your account was caught hacking or something similar that triggered Z8Games to ban that specific account. There is nothing they can do. If they say your account is banned and cannot be retrieved then it cannot be retrieved. Ever.
In addition, Noone affiliated with Z8Games will EVER PM you over the forum about account issues.
11? Youre supposed to be 13 to sign up to an account... also how does a young teenager spend hundreds on a game?
Move on... its a game. Its not supposed to take over your life at the age of 15... surely there are better things you should be doing? -

I have NO sympathy for you. You should have kept your account safe. You are CONSTANTLY told ingame and on the website to keep it safe... this is your own fault and you have NO chance of ever seeing the account again.
I relayed the appropriate information to you, I'm not interested in the slightest whether you want to hear it or not.

Closing up this flame of rage. You attempted to get your account back. Support tells you it got banned. There is no exceptions to the rule. If a player is caught hacking there is a possibility of a permanent ban being issued on the account.
If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions as set forth then I would advise you to discontinue playing the product. Closing this up now.
