I think I was banned

Hello. a couple of days ago I registered on this site to play crossfire. everything was fine and I could play but last night while trying to log the game tells me that the login was not right. so try again and continues to give me the same error. So I decided to go to the site of the game and try to log and said that was not recorded. so I think I was banned for what reason I do not know. I would like to get back my account please. what I have to do?

If you were banned it would tell you upon entering your password. Check and make sure your info is correct( I assume you have) just to make sure your not missing something.

hello thanks for reply. actually would have to pop up a notification for being banned, but I'm sure I put id and password also correct because I copied and pasted directly from the registration email. I tried to make the option of password / ID lost but when I get to type the email, I am told that that email is not registered (and I'm sure I wrote it correctly).
