Step 12 100% Nothing happens help

When I start the game it loads HGW watcher to step 12 100% then after that nothing happens even in the task manager, I do not see the application of crossfire. Sorry if my english is bad but help me plz. Spilot

The important thing here is to figure out if its possible to recreate the issue from Z8's end.

Also, how long do you wait before you quit waiting?

I am from Canada. I didn't play for a while so I decided to uninstall then reinstall http://crossfire.z8games.com/ now it doesn't work :S
