PLS I NEED YOUR HELP WITH THE FOLLOW INCONVENIENT

This transaction has been denied.
Reason:Failed to pass security validations.

I do all of my request from my credit card but i dont know what happend...

Anyone here can helpme pls...

Your best bet is to send in a support ticket here:

Support will be able to help you better. It's possible you've typed in the information wrong from your card, or that you may have hit a ZP purchase limit on the account. I don't know. But Support does.

days ago I tried to do a transaction with my credit card and I get nothing ... wanted to buy boxes when the event was the 1, 5 v 30 boxes but I lost because of the problem.

which is the maximum purchase??

100000 Z8 POINTS
BONUS: 10000 Z8 BONUS POINTS
PRICE: US $79.99
And if im right you can only make one transaction per day.

As I said, that information is stored on your account. Only support will be able to answer that question if it is a valid one to ask.

Have you tried depositing with a different ZP deposit option?

Which one did you use for this "incomplete" transaction?
