Category: Billing / Purchases.
Support will be able to help you better. It's possible you've typed in the information wrong from your card, or that you may have hit a ZP purchase limit on the account. I don't know. But Support does. -

As I said, that information is stored on your account. Only support will be able to answer that question if it is a valid one to ask.
Have you tried depositing with a different ZP deposit option?
Which one did you use for this "incomplete" transaction?
