plz help me i buy zp and i buy spop and its gone

i buy 10000 zp by Ultimate Game Card and i was having 538 zp total zp i have 10538 i buy spop thay took 8200 zp and i buy 2 carts m37 hill fire and the game was so laged and the i have 338 zp left and than i try to open carts i couldnt i sa it maybe becouas of the lag adn than i got dc i open the game agin i find out the spop is gone and ther is only 1 cart from m37 and i couldnt open it ferst time to buy zp and all that happin to me i buy the spop and its gone just like that all that happin when game was so laging plz all i want is the spop and 2 cart of mk37 hill fire i dont want 10000 zp back just the items that i buy and ty

ohh.. many kids think... can get free items:D if you don't buy zp don't post here about lose..... ok ? you can create a support ticket like in other posts.

you can prove with email recived from PaybyCash

this is not first time when i see that..

r u stupid or some thing i submit Support ticket and thay said items that were purchased yesterday should be received later today and i didn`t receive any thing untill now

And as I see it you now know about the situation.

You will have to be patient and wait for the team to manually add the items to your profile. You weren't the only one that experienced this. There were plenty of others in the same boat.
