Clan just disappeared

Hey I created a clan called *EAS* and added a friend on it(made him lieutenant) and we go tup to 1000zp points cause we trying to get clan logo and we have had it for the last like 45 minutes doing good and all of a sudden it says I'm not in a clan. I sold my Scar-L just to have enought gp to start the clan and wouldn't like to see it all go to waste and not be able to create my clan. And it still says I'm in *EAS* when I log into the game but not on the clan system website. please help.
