Upon the hellfire patch last night

I bought 20k zp thought id test my luck and buy only 10 hellfre creates. as soon as i bought them i was gonna spin them. I spin it gives me some random item error logs me out i log back and there gone. (yes i checked where you can accumulate your coupons and they still weren't there.) I was charged for 10 creates but never got them. I shot a ticket to z8 maybe 12 hours ago for some feed back but im not sure how long you have to wait to get a response. I just wanna get my 10 creates back? any opinions?
