Match loads too slow

Hi,
Each match i want to join, i have to wait some minutes to start to play. I use the lower resolution (800X600). I want to know if is an internet problem, crossfire problem or my pc problem. I have a desktop:
Processor: Intel Pentium dual-core 1.60 ghz
Ram : 2 gb
Video Card: Nvidia Geforce 8400GS-1GB
Windows Vista
Modem Tiscali 100 mbps.
Plz help me with this problem???
