Lost Weapon (Machete)

Today, I bought a machete 7days
Playing about 15 minutes! I feel game so slow and lag!
I exit game! And open game again!
I Open Storage! I do not see my machete
WHY?

if you rly.. want to solve this and get our item back... try to send a support ticket here

and try to give some proves like... a screen with Logs-Zp logs-item..
you can find Logs where you see our weapons
