Editing Video !?!

Sometimes when you play , you get like those WOW kills maybe by chance or something
but you are like .. oh I have to make that video for myself
So ..
I really want some tips about how to make that wow edit
I mean I saw many vidoes edited in a way that I call it "Strange"
like 1 dead and comes alive again or rocket going to the building that exploded and those effects as if it 's not CF !

I just know some programs like Fraps for recording , Sony Vegas Pro 11 for editing and Cinema 4D R12 and Virtual Dub for other effects can 't be done maybe with Sony Vegas Pro

Please for those Mr Editors ..
Can you really help ?!

Because you know I have the ideas , programs , skills and etc ..
but actually I don 't know how to edit
i haven 't tried even to use any program

Other thing please ..
what are the suitable sound tracks that may be used ?!
I mean those ones compatible with kills
No for Hard metal for example when you make a video !

    plenty of guides and all other stuff

    Download from YOUTUBE Sony Vegas pro 7 8 9 10 11.. any version [they are all the same]
    Get a test clip and start editing it, watch guides that are less than 5minutes.. I hate 15min guides and u will be PRO in a day..

    You can learn it all in like 2hours, its all about testing and experimenting.
    When you handle the editing, you can move to sound editing to make it even more interesting.

    P.S. Fraps is the best for recording if you got a good computer.
