    (The Following is a Mini-Mod Free Reply) The Support Zone with help with In-Game, Mall, and other issues assorted to that area. It will not help with account issues as you are needing. GM's and/or MODs cannot assist you in getting this account information. You can send in a support ticket with information supporting it is your account to get the E-Mail and security answer. Posting in the Support Section will not help you.

    Submit it under Account >> Account Administration.

    You will need to provide 2 of 3 possible pieces information before Support will respond to your request of account details.

    Seeing as you already don't know any 2 of the 3, you are basically out of luck. It is your responsibility to maintain and safeguard your account info; that includes remembering it.
