Question mark in name

How do you get a question mark in name? (i.e. Name?)

I tried putting it in-game and I tried using the 'Change Call Name' item from the mall to put a question mark. Neither works. How are people getting it?

Not just that symbol though, generally any symbol which isn't supported by Crossfire. This includes, but is not limited to arabic/chinese symbols, alt codes, etc.
