Help please. ASAP

So, I haven't played Cross Fire a month or two, and today I tried to play Cross Fire because I want to play with the new patch and then suddenly a thing pop up on my screen it says " Failed to download the patch file " Help please.!!

NOTE : I downloaded the game 2 times, still nothing.. Here is the Screen shot

unistall crossfire
redownload it fully that should fix it

At some point, I tried to turn off the Anti-Virus and it worked.. So thank you FairEnough for suggesting.. appreciate it..

i usually re try to run the client over and over until it works, and it solves it.

I did this too. Went longer and longer each time. Took about 10-15 tries.

you have windows 7. what can i do when it says Program not responding when crossfire is running??
