Survey//PaySafeCard - Not Getting ZP

Hey,
So today I did a Sometrics survey where I chose the PaySafeCard option and then I chose the 2,99 EUR option which should give me 3,337 ZP but I've waited for more than an hour and nothing. I checked the ammount of money the PSC has now and they toke the 2,99 EUR away so I should've win the ZP. I know I should wait for 24/48 and if nothing happens contact the survey provider support but I'm pretty much sure I won't get my ZP since, from (6?) months to now surveys aren't working for me, I complete them successfuly but never get the ZP but this time I wasted my money, 2,99EUR but I could've wasted way more so can anyone tell me how I can contact the survey providers from an 1:1 online support? I know I can't ask Z8 since they aren't directly afiliated but this time I bought it semi via PaySafeCard, semi Sometrics Survey... Was I scammed? Which is likely happening since surveys=scams.
