Ping change

Was playing today and my ping increased by 110 :O .............from ever since i cant get it back i try uninstall and re-install, reboot modem, uninstall antivirus and all sort and my ping is still high ... also alot a glitched and errors are occuring was playing a match and everyone RQ and i was the only one in the room running around like am mad lolz .............however what am inquiring about is my ping cause i was enjoying my beautiful ping below 90 now its 200+ that sucks please help me.
