support team works at a specific time.they do not work on weekends. so it may be replied today, or tomorrow.

im not totally sure but i think its from 10 am to about 5 pm on weekdays.

Today (monday) is a public holiday for Canada (where G4Box/Z8Games is located). The staff aren't in today (or yesterday depending where in the world you currently are).
