account dissapeard

i had a character that was up to the rank were u unlock the mini 14 and know i go to sign in and my char is gone i dont want to start any problems but i worked hard to get there and then all the sudden its gone and its saying i need to make a char name and all and yes my account was recent last i played it was yesterday
