I lost my account!

What happens is that my account is not stolen if you send here will be fine but what I did as quickly as possible I just realized it. I do not change my email and I came a noreply email that said I had cast a change, but not so I have picture mail and want it please help me retrieve my account. I can not send the ticket stolen from the original account because my password does not enter. here is the screenshot of the mail.

Of course, someone hacked your account or you did something that he got it, I can see something that I am not allowed to mention.

Did you give anyone your account ID or password? Was your password easy? Request a support ticket that your account was stolen by someone, you will need to show proofs like purchase of ZP (Receipts).

You must use the support system (Account > Account administration) to retrieve your account (use the account you're trying to retrieve for the ID). Be sure to include any recent transaction IDs and IPs you may have used along with past emails and passwords.

Posting pictures as you did on a public forum also shows a certain lack of security.

Same thing happened to me.. I have made a support ticket and no one has replied. I have waited 6 days >.<
My IGN is the same as my ID... I need a name change....

But as you login with the account that was stolen if not let me: S I can submit a ticket with this account? I have screenshots.

Yeah, you can submit it, but it won't be answered till tomorrow since today is Canada Day and the support team don't work on weekends.

I disagree... I have submitted a ticket 6 days ago and still nothing...
It can't get any worse...

The thing i have done was trading accounts and i got scammed... It will never happen agian...
I will even buy zp if i get my account back and change my IGN.

Trading and Account Sharing is not Allowed on Z8. Violate this rule and nobody will help you.
Your account is lost for good, there is nothing you can do.
Make a new account and start from the start.

I have spent $150 on that account...

I am trying to tell the truth....
Most people would lie.
I have learned my lesson and i will help z8games promote not trading accounts because it is seen everywhere. Thus one wrong could make a right.
