Don't read this thread!!!
Hey! I told you to not read it!
But f*ck it, you already clicked on it, you can read it now.
So this thread is about how to use a forum, most of you guys don't know how to use a forum. I have made a lot of pictures so you all understand it.
Let's start:
My Theme is white, your's is the same in black.
Okay so let's start, first you go to your CP, to click on User CP.
CP means control panel.

The CP is on the top, if you can't find it then just use my link above.
once you have made it click on "edit options"

If you can't find it then just use the link above.
Let's start with this:

Messaging and Notifications, chose no e-mail notification. This is a cool feature. Now every time you answer on a thread you are subscribed to it. If someone answers to it you can automatically see it, you don't have to search the forum for the right thread anymore. You can also chose instant e-mail notification, but I don't like it.
Now go to the bottom and chose the enhanced editor

just save it and continue.
This is how the subscribed threads looks like:

Now you always see if anyone answered in your threads.
Now let's move on

This is how you start a new thread.
Use a informative title like "my graphic card drivers don't work" or "self build computer wont boot". Title like the one I used are not good. Don't use titles like "HEEEEELLLLPPPP!!!!!!!!!!".
Use as many details in the message as possible. Like your Operating System (Windows 7, Vista, XP) and your hardware (your CPU, graphic card and RAM).
Don't use smilies. They are not funny, they are not cool, they are just stupid. Also don't use memes or rage faces. If you can't resist and want to use Rage Faces then use them from this site -> Ragemaker, they use smaller faces so they are not that annoying.

Anyway, I don't like them and I wouldn't recommend them at all.
Quoting, many users here do it wrong.
If you just want to replay to someone then use this "@BadMonkey666". Replace my name with the name of the user you want to reply. This way everybody will know to who you talk. Also remove the pictures when you quote someone.

when you leave it like this, it is bad.

it looks stupid. It is better when you edit it like this.

add the
When you do it like that it will look like this:

The red text is his text, the yellow part are the qoute tags, as you see you have to add them to the end and start of the red part. I/You am/are the green part.
This way you can reply to all of his points. Feel free to add your own tips for new users.

No, right.
I think it would be good for you to read it, because you don't know how to use a forum too. First you made a full quote, which is stupid. At least you removed the pictures which is one good thing. You write in colors which is stupid too.Tiiigaaaaaa wrote: »Also new Comer doesn't even care this Thread, do u think the Guys rlly Read it complete? ( New ones.. )

Julmust, his guide is different from mine. He just explains the features but don't saw how to use them. Like here
He just said that you can changes your options like time zone or blocking signatures but not everything you can do. There are many other things that you can do which are not listed there.
Now I don't want to say that his guide is bad, but it is missing some features.
here is his post again, click on the picture to see it in big view. I have made it smaller so id doesn't resizes the window.
