FILE IS CHANGED: W[2007] L[0] crossfire.exe

At first I was getting this error: FILE IS CHANGED: W[2007] L[2]
crossfire.exe

Got no help so I uninstalled, re-started, cc cleaned and re-install, I load and it patches and xtrap updates , then HG loads and it says it fails to update patch.

I go to this link: http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=214918 and do the manual patch. Cf_gearbox loads and xtrap updates and HG loads, then I get this message:

FILE IS CHANGED: W[2007] L[0]
crossfire.exe

So I rinse and repeat the above mentioned and after loading xp sp3 after installing and manually patching b4 to load and get any errors I still get this error:
FILE IS CHANGED: W[2007] L[0]
crossfire.exe

I guess next is to try dl newest install, but this is insane. It was bad enough installing after every patch, however this is nuts, I can't even get it to work after trying everything that always worked in the past.

Anybody else having this problem or have any fixes?
I hope after I try dl new install I don't get same issue. Is there a problem with the patch server?

I even went into avast and deleted and re-entered all the exceptions, and as always de-activate avast for the patch and initial load.

BTW - This always happens at step 7 on the HG load - don't know if that means anything.
Funny thing is, I can load and play CF AL no problem, it is installed into a different named folder. It is just CF NA that this happens too.
