Lost E-Mail & Secret Answer

Hello Community,

i have some problems with my Account. I inserted a pause in front of about 5Mon Crossfire,
now I have return loss on the play and get lost by moving the piece of paper with my details. Since I had to flatten due to a virus and my computer, I have also lost any data from my PC. I ask you for help? : (

Open a ticket in Account -> Account Administration and fill in as much information as you can provide.

Thank you for your quick response but unfortunately I can send a ticket,
because the data is missing to me they Need. I always get the message that
I have to complete two more things must be, but I do not know, unfortunately, I do, please help: (
