Log in Screen

No matter what i try.. when the games loads up and has done everything with what seems to be no problem i get to the log in screen and right away i get a Failed to Connect to server. but my friend sitting right next to me on the same internet can connect no problem.?

ive tried to delete and re install..
ive tried to turn off my firewall..
ive tried to restart my router...
ive downloaded the newest patch...
im not a hacker (just a normal player)

NOTHING works!! i just wanna play

this has been going on for the past 10 hours

    Do you have an antivirus or a firewall? It may be not allowing connections out to our server.
