You'll receive temporary guns from the Black Market in the state you left them in. For example, if you broke a temporary gun, let it expire, then win it again, you'll receive that same broken gun. This wasn't the case a few years ago but Z8 decided to close this loop hole since people were obtaining large amounts of GP.
