20-30fps?

hi i have 20-30 fps and sometimes even as low as 15 wen im shooting at 2 guys for instance, its hard to be accurate and have to tap my mouse or i miss every shot

i have smartclose,CC cleaner to speed up my pc
3gig ram
cpu 2.53 GHz
Nvidia ge force gt 520 graphics card?
im not very good with computers :S but why low fps?
my bro comp has 1.3ig and his stuff isnt as good as mine yet he has higher fps 30+
i have 9-22 ping on uk servers

Y so low? Bcuz ur build sucks no offense. You cant get it higher with that video card anyway

Crossfire is CPU based, so the Video card should not be the problem.

I got a gt 240 and I get 120ish fps in 8v8's.

v That's why. Upgrade your processor.

and i get 200 fps in 8v8, since its capped there..

Same, I get 120ish in huge maps. And yeah about 200 in Eagle Eye for example.

I get 240ish in 1v1's.

I got 4 fps. Used Smart Close got 20-40. Playable.

No cooler, 20-60 FPS, with broken cooler, 30-80 FPS.

core 2 quad you should be able to get 100FPS with it my intel pentium 4 gets around 45

You can download game booster, then you will have higher fps.

dont turn on the the fps or video components of it or it gets picked up by the anti hack system for some reason

Are you sure you don't have also another integrated graphics and your pc is on saving energy and use it instead of gt 520? a rich friend of mine with i7 and 2,93 ghz, 6 gb ram, and nvidia 610 M 2 GB memory, used on cross fire the intel hd card instead of nvidia and his fps was on 50 -70 fps, until i swiched his power management, now he have 200.

20-30fps?
