Can't buy ZP

I tried 10 different times to purchase ZP with my visa debit card to no avail.

Comments

  • It told me "security validation failed" or something like that. I can't even attempt to buy anymore; "You have exceeded the amount of tries allowed today.Please try again later." so I can't give you the exact wording.
  • I had the same error today on both my credit and my father's. It said security validation failed, or something along those lines. I gave up after it told me I tried to many times yet an hour later I was able to purchase a movie ticket online with the same credit card I tried to use on ZP before.
    I called the credit card company for about 22 minutes as well and they said they received no attempt of any purchases at the time I was attempting to buy ZP, so it is the company at fault, not the credit card or bank.
    Please find out what the issue is on YOUR end so I can buy some of your products, thanks.

    I can use my credit card for other things, I tried 10 times, I highly doubt i put in incorrect information 10 times, my credit is high for all I know, I've always had at least 2,000$ in the account for this card, and it never asks you to put in a password to buy ZP, at least it doesn't to the point where I'm at.

    If you bothered to read my post since I have the same issue as Spease2, I did call my credit card company for almost half an hour, spoke to three different departments all saying it's z8games issue, not theirs as they received no attempt at a transaction between my credit card and the company. I even had them repeat my information as I put it in just to make sure it's correct and I bought a movie ticket online with the identical information I used to try and buy ZP. It's not our credit cards, it's z8games.

    It's actually a 3rd party company that completes the transaction and then sends then IDs to credit points, if there is a credit card issue you'll need to call BuddieShops or email them.

    This message can mean many things ranging from fraudulent credit card report, too many tries, exceeding purchases, used on too many accounts etc.

    You will have to ask them about why it is being denied.

    Do you mind telling me what their response was after they helped you, because i am getting the same error as you when i tried to charge it. It worked fine when i charged 17.50 for 20k zp, then i proceed to charge another 10k i acquired the same error D:

    I just read through that, does this mean I should try buying lower amounts? Or wait for them to unblock my IP/account/card#?
  • Both. You can also try alternate methods of purchasing ZP.
