player who left clan suddenly :(
i have been less active for 2 weeks due to personal reasons, i didn't explain to anyone in the clan and i found out two good players left.
i talked to them before often, now they left suddenly without explanation.
why do people leave clan without saying anything to their friends?

Why is that important for leader to be active?
Because otherwise, no one knows if the clan is going to expand or is dying, or whatever. It's frustrating when members don't have anyone to lead them, thus the Leader and the Lts should be pretty active or at least warn when they take a break from CF. -

I dont' care if regular members leave, but I do care about Lts.
I don't want to be the only person tying the whole clan together. -

Well, when LT's leave it's usually bad, so I can understand where you're coming from. The key thing is just always do your best to look at the positives and try to keep going at 110%. Sometimes members follow ex-LT's, but loyal ones will stay. Those are the ones, in my opinion, that you need to look at for LT position(s). -

thanks for understanding.
what make me feel bad is that i feel responsible. but i can't read others mind, and i can't babysit them.
what's hard about CF is that, it doesn't have a voice chat built in. most players are too lazy to talk.
so when they feel unhappy, i wouldn't know.
if they could tell me that would be great, but i guess only the most loyal friends tell you what they think and will never leave. -

Communication is always one of the most important things for a clan. Did they know you weren't going to be as active due to personal reasons? -

No, but I didn't think it was going to be a bid deal since many others are active.LifeLineEU wrote: »Also watch your clan KDR 36,1 Or something , Good players will leave ,if u got more lose's then wins ^^
Yes, it's been going up. we try to win more than we lose every night we clan war. I get upset when bad players go to clan war to embarrass the team. -

Well I honestly hate to tell you this but I had a look at your clan earlier today, and there's as many LT's as there is members, meaning it's almost just as likely a LT will leave as a member.
Plus people love to have a change of environment some times, seeing the same people over and over again can get boring, while meeting new people and clan waring with a new team with a better clan record win ratio can be fun, winning more then losing for most people makes the game more fun. -

Most of the loses occurred during the early days of the clan, when we weren't serious, and didn't have good players.
Today's winning rate is more than 50%.majorwen123 wrote: »BECAUSE HE IS LEADING THE CLAN. Its like the president is not doing anything just watching TV!!! is that acceptable? YOU need to be responsible for your clan!
Yeah you have a good point.
That's why we don't have any clan points requirement.
We want to win and still be relaxed. It's healthier and better in the long run to have a life outside the game. But when we do play together we want to make sure the quality of playing time is good.
