not as bad as seeing good players leaving.
we simply don't have enough good players to lead the bad players in clan war.
i rather have fewer but better players than an army of idiots. -
well if they are both bad at playing and have a bad attitude then there is nothing to feel guilty about.
Personally I will overlook the bad skill if the person is an all round sound guy. I would also kick someone for having a bad attitude (insulting, QQing etc.) even if they are the most skilled player in the game. -

Yes I agree that's the right policy. I never kick friends. But I have friends who left the clan without any words. I rather hear from them what they want to see happening.
How to make a clan better? -
i kicked a few players from the clan. it's not easy for me to do but i feel it is the only way to keep the clan from becoming full of ignorant players.
what do you think..
Were they not meeting requirements? Were they inactive, or being disrespectful, be it in or out of the clan?
Ignorance is bad, so if that's solely what you decided on, then no, I think you made the right choice. -

mostly players whom I dont really know and have very low kdr, and when i see their clan war score is terrible and they still keep going for clan war---that's when i kicked them.
some players don't even know how to check their kdr. -

Then yeah, if your clan is more serious about clan wars and stuff like that, then you made the right choice. -

I think you should set a minimum KDR requirement and not accept that kind of player in the first place

KDR doesn't mean much, and I generally frown upon requirements. When people apply to my clan I try to judge them based on their qualities, not a pair of preset rules. -

OK, fair enough. Well then I suggest for the OP, even if you don't make a KDR requirement, at least take it into consideration. If someone has a 0.32 K/D, do you really want to take a chance on them? -

Some players I don't see often, or I never talked to them. Others I talked to them but they didn't listen. -

If they are just bad though... then yeah... down comes the mallet. Thats right, I said Mallet.
It's hard to say if someone can improve. It's something we can talk about.I think you should set a minimum KDR requirement and not accept that kind of player in the first place
I set a 1.0+ kdr requirement recently. Officially it is required to improve the quality of the recruits. But I won't kick currently players if they are improving and communicating.KDR doesn't mean much, and I generally frown upon requirements. I used to think like that too until now. It is really hard to manage a large number of new players.OK, fair enough. Well then I suggest for the OP, even if you don't make a KDR requirement, at least take it into consideration. If someone has a 0.32 K/D, do you really want to take a chance on them?
I kicked players with 0.4 kdr who liked to go to clan war after given warnings not to.Kicking players from your own clan is not wrong in the first place, but them being bad at this game only gives you more valid reasons to do so.
We had a lot of bad players joined us recently, followed by a few good players leaving. I know that some good players get frustrated playing with bad players, I am kicking bad ones in an effort to maintain clan stability and quality.
