You need the security answer, email and the 2 most recent trans id's. Add all other information that you can.

Guys, thanks for advice... But 1st: Hacker has change my email and password. So i can't have it. 2nd: What is the transaction ID? I don't know where i can find it. Please help me:(

Select Account. Then Account Administration.
Now fill in as much information as possible. If you think the hacker changed it, then add whatever you last know it was.
Focus on Email, Security Answer and the 2 most recent Transaction ID's (Which you can find on Playspan) -
Come on. I'm sure that my grandfather had his own acc=). Well, i'm really not sure what is transaction ID. Can't find...........
It is the electronic receipt that shows you purchased ZP from a deposit provider.
Most of the time the provider sends it to you via email at the end of every ZP transaction.
You say you deposited ZP through Playspan. Didn't you get emails about some ESN code? What else is in that email?
