Only 1 person knows my account, and its my sis. Only give it to people you can trust. No people who will like give free ZP stuff like that.

actually he sent ticket already more than 3 times.. the reason why he fall for it he got a message from someone who try to pretend as GM..Anyway i don't know why z8 are slow of replying reviewing and find what is going on.. people spent real money on ther account he didn't give give his info purposely to that scammer if this person can prove anything why not work on it? right? so I don't know how z8 system work..

First mistake, creating multiple tickets. Now support has to do account resolution 3 times on 1 account. If they asked for information you should supply it... which leads me to quote #2.

So you have "PLENTY and I mean PLENTY proof" that it's your account. Fine, no argument there. So when it comes the time that support wishes to confirm the information by asking you to verify original email and password... you can't do that?

Who's fault is that? Why are you blaming Z8 on this one? Accounts are not handed out/back on a silver platter. You have to go through a scrutinizing process... to ensure that the person who's requesting/changing information on the account IS actually the correct account holder.

There have been instances where people who's account have been hacked through those free ZP scams basically give up all forms of information to the so-called hacker; information such as login ID, password, registration email, security Q&A; these are all forms of protection given by the company to YOU to help safeguard your account. But the system will only work in your favor if YOU give the correct information to support.

At the time, you had a small window to "fight" back and change information around to ensure that at least this "hacker" isn't able to wrap their tentacles around your account and drag it to the ocean floor. It's like a game of ghost chess where you don't see your adversary or their moves.

but I'll highlight the ToS that really sums up what can happen to the account.

[1.1.4] Account Return Policy
In the event that an account becomes compromised it is the player’s responsibility to contact Z8Games with the most amount of information they can provide. Z8Games may require additional information to prove account ownership. This information includes but is not limited to; the security question and answer, the original Registered Email, the IP address of the registering computer and Financial Transaction receipts/records. If at such time it is impossible for Z8Games to prove ownership then the account may be ignored, left in its current status or closed.
It is not the responsibility of Z8Games to return lost accounts to any specific person or player.
Additionally Z8Games staff will only ask for account information as listed above by direct communication through our support site or via telephone communication with a Customer Support Representative.

As for the payment, just no. That only works for chargebacks to the account, and even then you have to coordinate it with not only Z8 but also who ever issued the chargeback in the first place.

Hope you keep your chin out of the water. If you can't get the account back, then just start over with a new account. You can't go on forever beating the dead horse. It's just going to remain dead.

If you're not able to complete the support teams requests, then you probably don't have enough proof.

However, you must know, if someone really wants to hurt you, he will manage to do this, no no matter how much you want to prevent it.

And trust me PCGamer, whatever happens in life, it happened to you because of your way of thinking on what you think.

He signed up for a list/has a terrible friend/joined a hacking site which stole his e-mail. If it's the friend he can report the account and they can check the ip. So I don't think that's the case.

As for the e-mail. If that is true, he ran an executible out of an e-mail....I cannot begin to explain the reasons as to why this is a bad idea.
